We are located at the most central location of New Delhi i.e. near India Gate in the heart of the city and also in Gurgaon. KNA is duly empanelled with the RBI and CAG for the allotment of Statutory Audits of Public Sector Undertakings and Indian Banks.

Alok Shukla, Partner 
Alok has 25 years of post-qualification experience gained in a range of Tax Consultancy, Company law matters, Corporate & Foreign Taxation including Expat Taxation, Excise and Sales Tax, RBI/FEMA matters, MIS implementation, Pay-roll/Accounting/TDS services to corporate clients, STPI/100% EOU/SEZ approvals, Setting up Indian Subsidiary Companies, Project & Liaison Offices, obtaining FIPB approvals. Alok founded KNA in 1986. Alok holds an Honors degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India as well.
Ravinder Agarwal, Partner
CA Ravinder Agarwal has 23 years of experience in the field of Auditing, Taxation, Project management Financing and other related matters. He is well experienced human resources development and policy formulations gained in a range of Tax Consultancy, Company law matters, Corporate & Foreign Taxation including Expat Taxation & Transfer Pricing, Project & Liaison Offices of Foreign Companies. RAVINDER holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
